Project planning & selection

How do I choose the right crusher for my application?

Selection depends on four factors: material type and hardness, maximum feed size, required capacity (t/h) and the final product specification you need. For hard and abrasive rock we recommend jaw and cone crushers; for medium-hard materials and recycling, an impact crusher is often more economical. Send us your material details and target output, and our engineers will recommend the right model and layout.

Review note: The listed selection inputs align with the site's project inquiry guidance. Model recommendations and comparative cost claims require engineering review against the specific application.

How can I get a quotation?

Simply send us your material type, hardness, maximum feed size, required capacity (t/h) and your preferred finished product size. Our sales team will reply with a detailed quotation, recommended configuration and delivery schedule, usually within 24–48 hours.

Review note: The inquiry inputs are supported by the existing project form. The 24–48 hour response commitment and quotation contents need business confirmation.

Equipment & integrated lines

What crushing equipment does RockPeak manufacture?

RockPeak designs, manufactures and exports a complete range of crushing and screening equipment, including jaw crushers (RP-JC-1200), cone crushers (RP-CC-300), impact crushers (RP-IC-1315), mobile crushing plants (RP-MC-100) and complete crushing-screening production lines. Our machines cover primary, secondary and tertiary crushing for quarries, mines and aggregate producers.

Review note: The three fixed-crusher models are represented in the approved equipment series. Mobile-plant standalone details and the full product-range wording require confirmation.

Can you provide a complete crushing plant solution?

Yes. Beyond single machines, RockPeak supplies complete crushing and screening plants — including feeders, crushers, screens and conveyors — with process design, plant layout, installation supervision and commissioning support, so you get one accountable partner for the whole line.

Review note: Project materials support integrated-line discussions and some installation guidance. Engineering deliverables, equipment interfaces, commissioning scope and single-party responsibility need project-specific confirmation.

Ordering & logistics

What is your MOQ and lead time?

Our MOQ is 1 unit, which makes RockPeak a practical partner for first-time buyers and small projects. Jaw, cone and impact crushers have a lead time of 30–45 days after order confirmation. The RP-MC-100 mobile crushing plant has a lead time of 45–60 days. Customized machines and complete plants are scheduled according to the agreed configuration.

Review note: Minimum order quantities and lead-time ranges are commercial terms; confirm current values, order conditions and model scope before publication.

What are your payment terms?

We usually accept T/T with a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance before shipment, or an irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders. Other terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Review note: Payment methods, percentages and eligibility are supplied wording and require finance/business confirmation.

How do you ship heavy machinery overseas?

Machines are shipped by sea in standard export packing (steel frame or wooden case). Depending on size, a plant may be shipped in dismantled modules or as a whole unit in containers, with a loading plan and shipping documents prepared by our export team. We have delivered to more than 30 countries.

Review note: Packing and shipping arrangements vary by equipment and destination. The export process and the claim of delivery to more than 30 countries require confirmation and supporting records.

Quality & after-sales support

Do you provide certificates and quality assurance?

Yes. RockPeak operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management, and our machines carry CE certification supported by SGS factory audits. Every unit is assembled and load-tested before delivery to ensure stable performance on site.

Review note: Certificate scope, issuing evidence, applicable models, SGS audit documentation and unit-level load-test records have not been verified.

What about after-sales service and warranty?

We provide a standard warranty on the main machine, lifetime technical support by remote communication, and a ready supply of original wear parts such as jaw plates and blow bars. Engineer on-site service and maintenance training can be arranged when required.

Review note: Warranty duration and exclusions, lifetime support scope, spare-parts availability and onsite-service terms require confirmation.

Do you provide installation and operator training?

Yes. Every machine comes with installation drawings and an operation manual. We also offer remote installation guidance and, when needed, engineer supervision on site plus hands-on training for your operators and maintenance team.

Review note: Available materials support installation drawings, remote guidance and project-based onsite supervision/training in some cases. Confirm inclusions and availability for the specific order.
